Nine years of marriage & I’ve never been more proud of us. ❤️‍🩹⁣
⁣
We’ve been through hell and back, yet nothing—not even our toughest battles—could defeat the power of our love.⁣
⁣
When we exchanged vows on September 19, 2015, we promised to stay committed through sickness, breakdowns, and unimaginable challenges. Little did we know how much we’d be tested.⁣
⁣
In 2020, our thriving business came to a screeching halt, and betrayal by someone we considered family, a trusted mentor, added another layer of heartbreak.⁣
⁣
On top of that, we figured our chronic fatigue, brain fog, & depression were just aspects of being new parents. ⁣
⁣
One summer day, we discovered toxic black mold in what we thought was our dream home. In the weeks that followed, we only became more unwell. ⁣
⁣
It felt like the storm would break us. We could barely keep our heads above water.⁣
⁣
We uprooted our lives from San Diego to Austin, faced more health challenges, and hit points of disillusionment, apathy, disconnection, and exhaustion.⁣
⁣
Being new parents all over again with a toddler was not easy AT ALL during this season.⁣
⁣
Years of dealing with toxic black mold took a toll on us emotionally, physically, mentally, intimately, and spiritually.⁣
⁣
Divorce seemed like the only option at times. But love—our love—was always stronger than the struggles.⁣
⁣
Time and again, we found our way back to the commitment we made; to love each other unconditionally, no matter what.⁣
⁣
Marriage isn’t about staying the same. It’s about reinventing yourself, over and over. ⁣
⁣
I’m not the same woman he married, and he’s not the same man who watched me say “I do” with sparkling tears in my eyes.⁣
⁣
But that’s the beauty of it.⁣
⁣
Through it all, we’ve built a life we’re proud of, a love that’s been tested and reignited, and a family that brings us pure joy. 💫⁣

Happy anniversary, my love. Here’s to 1,000 more lifetimes exploring the universe together.⁣

This photo marks the end of an era for me.⁣
⁣
For the past 9 years, I’ve poured my heart into creating the most transformative experience for our students at ALA.⁣
⁣
Our three-month curriculum finalizes at a retreat that defies description—an experience so profound that many say it rivals the birth of their children or their wedding day.⁣
⁣
Many will say it’s more powerful than any plant medicine ceremony or retreat, & I can also attest to this as I’ve been on many journeys in that realm.⁣
⁣
This is a fully sober experience that brings people home to their truest selves, where they’re seen & loved as the irreplaceable masterpieces that they are.⁣
⁣
Love is the ultimate & most potent medicine; the frequency that will heal humanity.⁣
⁣
I always imagined leading these retreats for the rest of my life. But a few months ago, God delivered a message to me that changed everything:⁣
⁣
“𝗔𝗟𝗔 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗸. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀, & 𝗴𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 + 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜•▲𝗠 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱. 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗪.”⁣

Can’t say “no” to God 🤩 so I’m passing the torch to @itscassidycallan to take ALA’s retreats forward while I focus on expanding my impact in new ways.⁣
⁣
This wasn’t an easy decision—ALA is soaring, & guiding these retreats has been my greatest joy. But leaving my legacy in Cassidy’s capable hands feels right in my 🩷.⁣

I had the honor of leading ATX19 at their retreat after they raised $100k for @anewentryinc & celebrated this accomplishment with a breathtaking fundraising event!⁣

It’s been a week of deep reflection, filled with bittersweet emotions.⁣

But on the other side, new doors are opening—I’ve already connected with a manager/agent who believes in my music, & I’ve started the publishing process for my book.⁣
⁣
A new chapter begins, & I’m ready for what’s next!
