There are countless moments where you have no idea how to make it all work. ⁣

But you do. And you do it with miraculous magic. You make it look easy to everyone else.⁣
⁣
You even have other moms wonder HowTF you do it all.⁣
⁣

This is just the baseline. Buckle up for when life ALSO throws you unexpected curveballs.⁣

But the truth is, you’ve made it through 100% of your hardest days. So you got this.⁣

You can do anything, but not everything. At least not all at once.⁣
⁣
Life is not meant to be done alone. You’re worthy of asking for support.⁣

Anything that’s destined for you will not escape you. It’s ok to go slow. ⁣

Remember that your kids will never be this small again. When you’re with them, be with them 100%. ⁣
⁣
Please know that I’m saying all of this as a reminder to myself as well.⁣

I don’t have it all mastered like a perfected art (unless I do? 🤔).⁣
⁣
Just out here doing my best (like you!) & that’s more than enough.⁣

For years I was on a constant man hunt. I couldn’t figure out why ALL of my relationships FAILED.⁣ 😭
⁣
I had this fantasy of being at farmer’s market & reaching for the same 🍎 as my destined soul mate. 😅 (SWOON)⁣

But that never happened.⁣
⁣
I thought I needed to be the one to find my person. I tried dating men who were very similar to me.⁣ I didn’t understand polarity AT ALL.
⁣
It wasn’t until I found myself in a training that changed everything for me. ⁣
⁣
I realized & discovered that I was already WORTHY of being FOUND by an incredible man who would love, honor, cherish, & respect me!⁣
⁣
I proclaimed this out loud to The Universe as I knew my partner would find me that same year.⁣
⁣
@bradballard found me on the good ol’ match dot com THREE DAYS later!⁣

Ladies, set the sword and armor down. End the pursuit.⁣

Trust that your person will find YOU when you claim that you’re already HER (the future version of yourself) NOW.⁣

Confession: I’ve recently realized something…⁣
⁣
I’ve noticed how often I just simply do things for my kids (put on shoes, get them dressed, arrange their food on a plate, brush their teeth, & the list goes on and on) because - let’s be honest - I’m clearly faster & more efficient.⁣
⁣
If you’re a parent, I’m sure you can relate to this. 🫠⁣
⁣
Jett commonly says: “I do!” (not sure where he learned that except I said the same damn thing when I was 2 - literally wanting to do everything on my own! 😂)⁣
⁣
At some point, they get to fully learn to do “all things human” without my assistance.⁣
⁣
I’ve been more and more intentional about allowing the time and space for my boys to lead themselves, even if they spill, put shoes on the wrong feet, or trip and fall down.⁣
⁣
We can’t prepare the road for our children, but we can prepare our children for the road.⁣
⁣
He’s also been saying: “I help!” as he wants to assist me in everything: making coffee, cooking, baking, getting myself dressed, and also doing my hair (even if it’s his own crazy design).⁣
⁣
This is supporting me in strengthening my own levels of surrendering, allowing, & being patient.⁣
⁣
This is a reminder that you’re already doing a PHENOMENAL job.⁣
⁣
We’re all just out here trying to figure out how to be the best parents we can be.⁣
⁣
NO ONE has it all figured out.⁣
⁣

Manifesting & attracting opportunities is not mostly about what you do.⁣

It’s more about who you be.⁣
⁣
I’ve met a ton of coaches, trainers, facilitators, & leaders who have decades of experience and countless certifications - but sometimes their ways of being suck, tbh. ⁣
⁣
I used to think I needed to DO more in order to HAVE more so I could finally BE more.⁣
⁣
But through manifesting a head trauma accident (plus countless other miracles!), I learned at a very young age that my energy is potent and magnetic.⁣
⁣
I’ve dedicated my life to showing others how to activate, unlock, and unleash their own unique gifts so they can know what it means to be fully self expressed.⁣
⁣
Being all that you authentically are is FREEDOM.⁣
⁣
You already have what it takes to create your best life, to manifest the life partner you’re worthy of, and to attract miracles on a daily basis.⁣

We attract what we ARE.⁣

Yesterday’s eclipse was absolutely magical. 🌙 For some, it was a day that was filled with FEAR & DREAD.⁣
⁣
It all comes down to perspective & how each of us chooses to focus our energy.⁣
⁣
I saw some headlines saying that the National Guard was in every major city.⁣
⁣
I saw some people on IG encouraging others to stock up on supplies for 2 weeks.⁣
⁣
I saw that some were avoiding being exposed to the eclipse altogether.⁣
⁣
I’m not here to make any of it wrong. I encourage everyone to do what’s personally right for them. ⁣
⁣
What I got to experience with my family & close friends was a fun and unforgettable core memory.⁣
⁣
It filled my heart & soul.⁣
⁣
I’ve decided to begin unfollowing any accounts that activate a frequency that doesn’t feel good for me.⁣
⁣
The power of our energy is infinite.⁣
⁣
While I believe it’s important to be informed, I also know it’s a slippery slope when going deeper down into rabbit holes. ⁣
⁣
This is something I’m committed to teach my sons. Our children are our future. How we raise our children determines the outcome of our planet.⁣
⁣
Being a patient, responsible, present, engaged, and loving parent is THE most important job we will ever have.⁣

My intention is to instill the power in my children to be courageous AND trusting. ⁣

Bold AND compassionate.⁣
